Cheap Club Pack of 72 Yellow LED G12 Berry Replacement Christmas Light Bulbs Review
Huge Selection of LED Light Bulbs at Cheap Prices! Find Many Sizes.
This is one of the bright LED lights in the class. This is omnidirectional, and great for porch lights! my meter tests showed that these light bulbs use less power than advertised. I have an old rental house that is empty, and I want to leave the porch light. I do not have time to replace the fixture, so I just buy LED and leave running 24 / 7. If you have equipment you can get more directional light. I am very pleased. (PS It is also very good for illuminating plasticNatal grass numbers. With the help of this bulb, I have complete LED display for Christmas this year!.)
First thing to remember about any energy efficient lighting is that they are always exaggerating about the wattage bulb you can change, because they do not always compare on the basis of output, but consumption instead. You should always make a comparison of replacement bulbs and judges on how many lumens put the ball out.
Color: This is a blue-white LED light, not quite as blue a few, but more blue than incandescent lamps.
Power: It's rate of consumption is 2.5 watts, and claims to work well with dimmer (this test later this week).
Compares well to: 7W CFL candle microbright
Brightness: about as bright as the standard 30W incandescent bulbs, probably better. This is a bright 2.5W LED lights I have seen, almost as bright as watts 7 "mirobright" CFL bulb. Because microbrights spend more "color" (a more complete spectrum), the LED lights look "thinner" than those microbright.
Coverage: This product has a cleardiffuser with an internal faceting, good spread of light. Not as well distributed as microbright 7 watts but more appropriate for face-down equipment. Still works well on the ceiling fixtures or equipment for the hall or using an outdoor terrace.
Shape: This ball is shaped like mushrooms, cover, "" about as big as a normal incandescent light "ball." It must fit existing fixtures do not require bulb _not_ "neck". This lamp is not enough for a standard lamp 60Wbulb.
My usage: I currently have this in the light bulb aisle I went in when I get out, front and back porch lights, and overhead light reading in the parlor. I also have one mixed into the air with a fan fixture and other microbright 1W LED bulb. I've ordered more for use in a hidden four-lamp system with dimmers, will edit this review after I've used one for a month to see how they stand.
We have some of this and they are great for traveling, hiking, hunting, working where light is needed, etc. This is much better than the kind that occurs with a large rope around the head. Very little heavy, light and you can use the head, wrist or grasp. After using various "lights" over the years, this is the best we have used.
