Do not expect a normal flood or spotlight from this bulb! After all it was just 2 watts!
Do not expect to illuminate the environment (or the entire room) with this light. This is a great accent light that will save a lot of power.
I use mine accent lights that came down to the exterior of the house. I was never going to change them before because of the fact that the original incandescent bulb would suck way too much power for my tastes, but with this I have no problems withlet them burn. They provide soft accent than the original as well.
Other uses would be as a sort of night light for a larger area.
Great power savings!
