I've decided to change the existing glass lamps to LED C9 strings, but first wanted to compare the brightness and color of other pieces of LED C9 which you can buy from the internet or at your local hardware or discount retailers. I also want to make a custom set of colors, eg red / green / white. Through lightbulbsdirect.com, I could buy one of each without having to pay premiums or forced by the minimum quantity, such as light bulb 50. I will not go into detailsLED except to summarize by saying that I am very pleased. The following is a summary of the benefits of this particular LED:

- Significant living longer than ordinary lamps incadescent (think could put the lights in your house will not burn in the middle of the season (when it is too cold or too dangerous to replace burned-out light bulbs)

- Buying a replacement C9LED bulbs allow you to create color combinations that are not available in premanufactured LED C9 chain
